Policies

 

• All appointment times are reserved for you personally and last minute cancellations affect your therapist financially and in their ability to serve another client who may be in need of the session. For this reason, we ask that you please give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged the full fee.

• Payment is required at the time of your appointment and can be made by cash, debit or credit card. 

• Receipts are provided for reimbursement from your insurance company. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are covered for the service and that you submit your own receipts. Receipts can only be given in the name of the client that received the treatment.
