Hi, I'm Katie

I am excited that you found your way here! I have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008 and I currently offer treatments out of my home based practice in Holland Landing, just a few minutes North of Newmarket.

 

My treatments are a combination of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Cupping to address muscle pain and tension while restoring function and mobility. I also use gentle energy healing techniques like Reiki which helps to soothe the nervous system and ease anxiety.

I love to help clients with anxiety relief, neck and upper back pain, tension headaches, lower back pain and shoulder issues.
